The proverb “Health is Wealth” is taught and practised ardently at TSA to ensure students have a balance of physical, mental, emotional and social well-being. To maintain a healthy mind and body, students are taught to eat clean and healthy food, balance their diet with the right promotion of essential minerals, exercise regularly, and consume lots of fruits/veggies, drink lots of water, sleep early and adequately for 8 hours.

In addition, an Annual Medical check-up is organised by TSA for all students. A set of specialised doctors from SRM Hospital visit the school and provide a full physical check-up to all students. A medical Kit is always available on the premises and in case of any minor emergency teachers administer First Aid immediately. We believe, a Healthy Child is a Happy Child.
